key attractions excellent service open space
the location was unbeatable, a short walk to many key attractions and very close to the tube station. the staff offered excellent service, always ready to help with directions. my room included high ceilings.

the breakfast buffet featured a wide array of options, catering to various dietary needs. i noticed a peaceful terrace for enjoying a drink in the sun. asa provided very attentive service at the terrace bar.

reception offered a warm welcome at both arrival and departure, check-in was seamless. i found the hotel team to be courteous. rouena showed great attentiveness and engaged in a pleasant conversation about my stay.

clean room good air conditioning
i found a good air conditioning system in my large, clean room. complimentary drinks and bottled water were available in the fridge.
The staircase carpets looked a bit worn. Duct tape covered some areas though.
